全心全意投入，改变你的生活—智障者福利峰会全球政策论坛成功举行
 
由国际特殊奥运会和上海特奥会委员会联合发起的“智障者福利峰会全球政策论坛”于十月三日在上海国际会议中心举行。中共中央委员会政治局成员,国务院副总理和上海特奥委员会名誉主席回良玉主持了会议，并在会上代表中国政府发言。
智障者福利峰会全球政策论坛是世界夏季特殊奥运会的后续会议活动之一，也是这次比拟的一个重要组成部分。本次论坛的重要主题是“全心全意投入，改变你的生活”。冰岛总统格里姆松和中国残疾人联合会主席邓朴方以联合主席的身份出席了会议。菲律宾总统阿罗约，国际特奥会主席施莱佛，上海市长韩正，国家税务总局局长刘鹏等领导也出席了开幕式。

通过“支持声明”，论坛沉诺将在世界范围内提高对智障者及其家庭的服务质量、并给予更多支持。为智障者创造更多受教育、就业和参加体育活动的机会，同时提供更完善的医疗保健服务，努力为智障者创造一个平等参与、和谐宽容的社会环境。

Wholeheartedly devote and change your life --Mentally disabled persons welfare peak global policy forum successfully held
 
      The “Mentally disabled persons welfare peak global policy forum” co-sponsored by Special Olympics International, Special Olympics Internationaland Shanghai Special Olympics Committee was held in Shanghai International Convention Center (Shanghai Hall) on October 3. Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Vice Premier of the State Council and Honorary Chairman of Shanghai Special Olympics Committee Hui Liangyu presided over the conference and made a speech on the behalf of the Chinese government.
      Mentally disabled persons welfare peak global policy forum is one of the conventional activities of successive Special Olympics World Summer and an important part of the games. The main theme of this forum is “Wholeheartedly devote and change your life”. President Grimsson of Iceland and Chairman Deng Yufang of China Disabled Persons Federation act as co-chairman. President Gloria Arroyo of Philippines, Chairman Shriver of Special Olympics International, Mayor Hanzheng of Shanghai City, Director Liupeng of the State Administration of Taxation, etc, presented at the open ceremony.
        Through the “Statement of Support”, the forum promised to strengthen world wide service and support for mentally disabled persons and their families, create opportunities for them in education, employment, health care, sports fields, strive to create a social environment of equal participation and harmonious toleration.
